No spare tire for Cruze Eco;
GM has decided not to include any spare tires on the Cruze Eco in order to make the vehicle lighter and more fuel efficient. Sealant fixed tires must be replaced after the inflator kit fixes the tire, it is not intended to be a permanent solution.

Ford Dealership Knoxville, is now carrying the all new, 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. It was ranked number 2 out of 18 Affordable Midsize Cars. The hybrids interior comes with two main features. One is the SmartGauge with Eco-guide. This system consists of two display screens on either side of a traditional speedometer. The driver can choose from one of four levels; Inform, Enlighten, Engage and Empower. Each setting lets you know information about fuel economy and trip data. On the other side, is a screen that will grow leaves as you drive more efficiently. The second feature is Ford’s Sync system. This system allows the driver to control Bluetooth enabled devices, such as cell phones or MP3 players using voice commands.
The Fusion Hybrid, from Ohio Ford Dealership, comes with a 2.5 liter four cylinder engine and an electric motor. They create 191 horsepower together. It also comes with a 275-volt hybrid battery. The hybrid is estimated to get 41/36 mpg. city/highway. Like the Chevrolet Malibu, which can be purchased at New Orleans Chevrolet, the Fusion Hybrid comes with a decent protection package. It consists of three years or 36,000 mile basic warranty and powertrain and roadside assistance is covered for five years or 60,000 miles. The hybrid powertrain components are covered for eight years or 100,000 miles.
The 2011 model has yet to be tested, but the 2010 model did very well on crash tests. They received five stars for front driver, front passenger, and side driver crash tests. They also received four stars in side rear passenger and rollover two-wheel drive crash tests. Now the Fusion Hybrid did receive five stars for four-wheel drive rollover crash tests. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety named the Fusion it’s Top Safety Pick for 2011. It also received a top ranking of “Good” in front, side rollover and rear tests. The hybrid comes with a long list of safety features as well. Some of them include; dual front airbags, front seat side airbags, first and second row side curtain airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system and electronic stability control.
Ford has gone out of their way to add so many extras to this vehicle. Let alone it is great for the environment. Take a trip down to your local Ford dealership and test drive one.
