Not only will a hybrid help you save on gas it can also help you save the planet. You can save $200-$1500 in fuel costs each year by choosing the most efficient vehicle that meets your needs. This can add up to thousands of dollars over a vehicle’s lifetime. You can pretty much get any of your favorite Chevy vehicle in hybrid form, so you really have no reason to not go green. Want a hybrid truck? You can buy a Chevy Silverado. Want a stylish car? Try out a Chevy Malibu.

Chevy is thinking of you by offering hybrid cars. Why? Well, hybrids offer lower fuel prices, think of all the money you wouldn’t have to spend each week filling up your vehicle. Hybrids can reduce our dependence on foreign oil, which could save our whole country a lot of money. Hybrids emit fewer pollutants into the air meaning the air will be a lot cleaner and you might not get sick as often. Hybrids are even eligible for certain tax incentives. Hybrids are quiet so when you ride somewhere it will be nice and quiet, no rumbling what so ever.

Most hybrids have the same styling as the regular version of the vehicle, they save gas, and they save you money. So why not get a hybrid? You’ll feel good about it and the Earth will too.

The “EcoBoost” combines Direct Injection (DI) and turbo charged performance. It has taken over the spotlight and keeping it compared to its competitors at Greenville Chevy dealers and Mississippi Honda dealer.

Every design in this has a purpose. Its presence is remarkable and excellent choice to families that need space but do not want the “minivan” style. Some moms want the style but need the space, thus the Ford Flex is boasting that. It can sit seven but if you don’t need that, it has the third row seat that folds option. In the limited edition, the seats can flip up, making tailgating quite comfortable while being able to see. It has the comfortable soft leather option with heated seats in select models.

The Flex has received several awards. It has won the ‘ Edmunds Editor’s Pick, Automotive Magazine All-star and the top three from Road and travel. It competes with the Buick Enclave, Chevy Traverse, Nissan Murano and Lincoln MKT. It has the overall ratings, distinctive exterior designs, stuffed with interior options for any gadget lover and a more powerful engine for 2010. Driving one is an experience I recommend, so what are you waiting for?

Thanks to its roomy cabin, low fuel economy for its class, comfortable ride, and excellent handling capabilities it has been known to be the talk of many consumers. Even more, once the Chevrolet company introduced the Chevy Tahoe Hybrid even the eco-friendly and gas conservative began joining the scene and giving the Chevy Tahoe a second glance.

While being appraised for its great qualities, consumers cannot deny that despite the low fuel-economy for its class, the Chevy Tahoe still has been known to be gas-thirsty and hard to maneuvar even with its great handling abilities. This SUV is not for the faint-hearted and it is most definitely not suitable for someone who cannot control the vehicle but instead let the vehicle control them.

Above all, the Chevy Tahoe has made a name for itself. With every Tahoe that drives by, and one that drives off the lot is sure to show that just like with nearly all Chevy’s, this one is no different in its quality and reputation.

Most of you have seen the Chevy Cobalt’s floating about somewhere on the road or in the parking lot. You may have even seen them among Cincinnati used cars or even among the Greenville dealerships. This car has not been sold in few doses. In fact, almost everywhere you look you see them out skating on the road.

Why is that?

With its competitive fuel economy, good handling, and quality entertaining accessories including the stereo system it has been voted a great vehicle. Yet with its small size and questonable exterior style it has driven away some customers and even more family-oriented consumers who are looking for reliability.

The Chevy Cobalt is a relatively nice car, for the average teenager or young adult. It does not however seem to fit into what an average adult would need when it comes to his or her family and kids. I would imagine the close-seating would induce quite a bit of sibling squabbles as well.

When it comes to family, this car is not equipped. Yet for safety it does excel. With the front driver and front passenger air-bags it as well as anti-lock brakes it provides a comfort that is alien in most vehicles.

The Chevy Cobalt overall is a rather mediocre vehicle, that does not provide many special qualities. Yet what it does have, can be appreciated.

What does a multi-million dollar company do when it gets cast against the walls of bankruptcy and left for dead until its big brother comes and bails it out?

It comes up with a revolutionary new car that satisfies the hybrid-savvy and the eco-friendly. This new car will be called the Chevy Volt. With a time-released date of reaching show-rooms in 2011 it is clear that Chevy has all intentions toward gearing up their game and gaining their reputation back. The Chevy Volt seems to be their ticket back through the VIP door, so they hope.

Some will reject this ticket however, and instead settle for Cincinnati used car auctions and other companies that have not dropped their safety-net and hit the bankruptcy rock bottom. Such as Ford who still continues to offer their best-selling Ford F-150 as the bait for its loyal customers. The reality of selling cars, especially through a big company, is your company must have the reputation and trust to stand behind its name.

In attempts to gain back all their confused former customers it has been agreed that perhaps with the Chevy Volt they will gain them back, and more thanks to the eco-friendly nature and stylish-appealing design that has everyone talking and even more wanting. Wall Street Journal has even commented that it believe the Chevy Volt will dwarf anything that Toyota has to offer as well as associating the car as a major boost for the down-fallen GM company.

Will the Chevy Volt solve all of the problems of the healing GM? Perhaps, perhaps not. The mystery will not elude us long.

Unfortunately enough, as much as Chevy’s consumers love to brag on this truck. It doesn’t offer as much as other competitors trucks such as the Ford F-150 that you can find at any Beechmont Ford Dealer, or the Dodge Ram. However, not all truck-buyers agree that they want all the customizations and flamboyant details that other truck companies get into. They want a truck. In that case, the Silverado is the truck for you. With an overall 9.0 on performance at U.S. News scores, it has proven its worth in the pick-up truck world and that seems to be enough to loyal Chevy-buyers who have silently agreed to stick with the Chevy Silverado until something better comes along, if that happens to be proven possible.

In all things truck, not a lot of people stop and think about the safety. For most, the safety features are only important on the “family cars” that transport us and our loved ones from Point A to Point B. However, do we not want our families to feel just as safe in our deemed “family cars” as in our trucks? Most consumers ought to.

Introducing two very popular pick-up trucks: the Chevy Silverado and the Ford F-150, I’m sure we are well aware of each’s popularity as well as the fact that they are known competitors of one another. These two companies and makes have been battling it out for the upper hand in the truck world and from whatever stand-point you are on it is obvious enough to admit that both of these trucks are fine vehicles.

The question everyone wants the answer to however is: which one of them is better?

There has been a great debate among consumer, manufacturers and even companies as to what that answer is. The truth is, we will never be able to fully answer this for everyone. The only true things we can answer is which is better by solid fact. In safety crash-test ratings, there is nothing but solid cold, hard fact.

Basing opinion on fact has steered “the answer” to which truck is better under safety features right back to the Ford F-150. With the 2009 Ford F-150 reaching the 5-star crash-rating test in January of 2009, and being labeled the “safest full-size pickup” it has been a tough game for the Chevy Silverado to keep up with.

In the question of which truck gains the safest title, it seems as if yet again the Ford F-150 has left the Chevy Silverado hanging in the dust. It seems Chevy’s Silverado campaign for having a rugged truck is true. Just a lot more true then I’m sure any of its consumers would want to experience.
Even though Bob Lutz is in semi-retirement, the US government is about to own 90% of General Motors, and Rick Wagoner is no longer CEO, it’s now official – The Chevrolet Volt is happening. The production designs have been released, GM has chosen a battery supplier, and engineers are working around the clock on this breakthrough design.

Sam Abuelsamid had a rare chance to take one of the Chevrolet Volt Mule prototypes for a test drive. The Volt Mule is a car that was created out of an existing vehicle, with the parts being adapted to include the specialty Volt systems. This means that the production components of the Chevrolet Volt are able to be “road tested” before being officially included in the complete Chevrolet Volt vehicle.

Local Cincinnati Chevy dealers are excited about getting their hands on the new vehicle, we interviewed one Lawrenceburg dealer in particular and they said he was “overwhelmed with the consumers level of interest.”

The previous Volt Mules were created by using a Malibu body shell from a previous generation vehicle. These vehicles included the Voltec powertrain, which led to the “Mali-Volts” that debuted about a year ago. In 2008, the second-generation Volt mules were built around the shell of a Chevy Cruze. The Cruze was selected for this project because it includes the same compact platform as the GM electrical production model. These second generation Volt Mules are said to be roughly 80% representative of the projected final Volt model. GM appears to be very well placed to meet the November 2010 “Job 1” date for the Volt model.
According to the report, GM is going to be getting $5 Billion dollars in short-term aid. The report also stated that Chrysler would be relieving $500 Million dollars as well. Naturally the White House has denied the report, however the Detroit News insists that the report is legit, citing a White House official as the source.

The report also stated some other interesting things involving the auto industry. Apparently the Treasury Department has spent $24.8 billion of its estimated $25 billion it would spend on the auto industry. That money included $1.5 billion going to ChryslerFinancial, $4 billion to Chrysler, $6 billion towards GMAC, and $13.4 billion for GM. The Obama administration also plans to set aside $1.25 billion for customers purchasing vehicles that include warranties, in the event that GM or Chrysler goes under.

This entire bailout is pretty controversial, and many people are divided on what the right path is for the United States. Here in New Jersey, many dealers are uncertain of the future. Cincinnati Ford F-150s have recently seen a slight increase in sales, while Ohio Ford dealers have seen a decrease. Cincinnati Chevy dealers are reporting the same kind of trends, and fear of uncertainty. One thing is for sure, it is going to be an interesting future for the auto industry.
With stylish finishing, an upgraded 418 horsepower engine, and the StabiliTrak traction control system for superior maneuverability, the 2010 Camaro is truly an upgrade from previous models. Fans of the Camaro model are thrilled with the new design, as the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro was specifically designed with the 1969 Camaro model in mind. Even though the retro-esque style of the previous model is present, the modern stylization of many of the 2010 Camaro’s features give it a truly exhilarating feel.

The Camaro5 forums are a popular place for Camaro enthusiasts to discuss features, options, and other topics related to the Chevrolet Camaro model. Needless to say, the release of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro provoked a lot of discussion, which followed the massive amount of speculation prior to the model’s release. Recently, forum member Casey Porter discovered a 2010 V6 Camaro model that was given a complete makeover. This makeover was financed courtesy of GM performance parts, and provided an interesting perspective into the possible customization options of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro.

This customized 2010 Chevrolet Camaro was equipped with dual chrome-tipped square exhaust tips, which some people have decided look slightly awkward on the model. Also included were a matte black hood stripe, a new stylized fuel door, and a single black hockey-stick shaped stripe on each side. Of the eye-catching features of this customized model are the massive 21 inch chrome and black rims that are wrapped in P Zero rubber. An OEM body kit, matte black front diffuser and bodyside moldings complete this specially customized model. Some Camaro enthusiasts dispute the “flow” of this particular combination, but do agree that it does present an interesting look into the possible customization options for the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. Cincinati Chevy dealers are excited about the upgrade, and neiboring Lawrenceburg Chevrolet dealers are counting he days until they arive on the lot.
